"WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE".... MCKAY'S 9TH BIRTHDAY PARTY
Saturday we did a Birthday Party of WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE.... Wow I thought oh good timing the movie is coming out and what a fun BOYS Party... NOT... nothing for the movie was out, no cakes, no party favors , no ideas at all... Then the movie review came out and it was saying NO KIDS... I was like WHAT?? Its a kids book... Me and Troy have different ideas on this subject when it comes to movies... me being a PLEASER I did not want to ruffle any feathers with my neighbors....So it ended up that we took a run to the movie the day before and we decided it was okay and that 9 year olds would be just fine with it... Like Troy said no more scary then Star Wars or Harry Potter... and Mckay LOVED IT...So we had pizza and opened some gifts and off we went to see the movie, they all enjoyed it and we came back home for cupcakes and ice-cream... I think Mckay was a very happy boy with how it all turned out....This is the cake that Troy made for Mckay on Sunday, glad he is the CREATIVE one in the family, I could not just whip out a cake with out a pattern to follow... good job TROY....
