Happy Birthday to ME....

This is what I looked like this year for the Big Birthday.... Went on some meds for Strep Throat little did I know that I was HIGHLY ALLERGIC to them, especially the GENERIC form of it... had side affects the whole trip in St. George and that was why it was such a blessing to have the help of my parents... I was diagnosing myself which is normal for me, thinking it was Gall Bladder and it would pass with some tums.... I guess with a Z~Pack it builds in your system with the last dosage being the highest.. I got up got the kids off to school and popped the pill running to the shower so I wouldn't be late to work. Trying to put on makeup with swollen eyes was not happening today, they seemed to be alot worse then the day before since i had noticed me swelling in the eyes.. I got dressed and noticed the swelling was now in my tongue, so thought oh I don't have time for this, I grabbed a claritin and out the door I went.. On the way down I was struggling with shortness of breath and thought oh I'm just tired.. it will kick in and i will be fine.. Got to work and by now I can't see my computer screen and i'm shaky, so i walked myself into Leslie to say HELP... Another blessing in disguise since its 8:30am and Leslie usually doesn't arrive before 9 am... so we thought it might be i had taken 2 excedrin with the meds on a empty stomach so the sweetheart she is she drove me to McDonalds to get me some food... and back to the office we went with me convincing her i was okay... got in and the heart was pounding like crazy and so after another 20 minutes and the claritin in my system and the heart still going crazy i knew I had to face the ER... as you know me I HATE DOCTORS....( yes I'm kinda married to one but it doesn't change it... ) Chelsey got word and she was there in 10 minutes from Orem to take me... I was so GRATEFUL to see her... DAUGHTERS are a BLESSING and especially when there the oldest of your kids! They say they think its the Z~Pack and it will take some time... so 5 days now I have gone through some memory loss, burning in my skin and tongue, 2 more attacks of me having the swelling reaction, lots of TEARS... but I'm at 5 days and will see what happens now... THANKS for all the LOVE from my family and friends... I think I have began to STING with being ornery... so THANKS to TROY for his PATIENCE....xoxo
